Internet Property Listings has taken the following important measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. When we transmit your data, we use only Secure Servers using current encryption technology to encode your data safely.

YOUR PRIVACY:
Our privacy policy does not extend beyond what is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond the control of Your Company, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation. We reserve the right at our discretion to make changes to this policy at any time.

Third parties that advertise on this site may have their own privacy policies that could vary from ours. You should review the privacy policy of third parties before providing your personal information to them.

YOUR LISTING, USER NAME, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
Renters and/or Sellers listing though the services offered by Internet Property Listings will create individual user names and passwords of which you are personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password respectively. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your user name and password or any other breach of security related to our services. WE CANNOT AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD, OR TO OTHERWISE COMPLY AS ADVISED.

CORRECT OR UPDATE:
You can change or update your personal information or listing content for a particular ad by using your "user name" and "password" in the "login" section of this site at any time within the terms and conditions as so described.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In providing us with information during the registration process, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as prompted and to maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete at all times. If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe so, we may suspend or terminate your access to and use of the services, and refuse to provide any current or future services to you without refund. You acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age or otherwise are of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed for access to and use of the services and all charges related thereto. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your user name and password, including the accuracy and completeness of all content that you (or anyone using your account) submit, post or transmit through the services.

You agree not to use the services to do any of the following:

1. violate any local, state, national or international law;
2. stalk, harass or harm another individual or communicate with such individual after being advised to cease any such communications;
3. collect, harvest or store personal data about other users including email addresses or contact listing Renters and/or Sellers for any purpose other than responding to the content posted by such;
4. impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
5. upload, submit, post, store or transmit any (a) content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racist, sexist, homophobic, or ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (c) content that infringes the intellectual property rights of a third party; or (d) material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs, for example, worms, Trojan horses, cancelbots, time bombs and the like, designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (d) unsolicited advertising material, notices or “spam”, “junk mail”, pyramid schemes, chain letters or the like.

REFUNDS:

1. Internet Property Listings is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a user because you have violated these terms of use.
2. No contract is required in addition to agreement to the Terms of Use policy unless otherwise specifically provided and agreed to between the parties. In such cases, you agree to abide by the written contract and further agree under such other contract unless otherwise provided in writing, that the Terms of Use policies herein remain in effect and full force.
No refunds will be given after a property listing is activated live on the website. You may deactivate any listing under any advertising plan and remove it from the market at any time and reactivate it later during the same billing cycle or length of plan purchased. However, the renewal date does not change, (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market under that billing cycle or plan) and you are responsible for the entire amount due under the chosen plan. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for early cancellation during the current billing cycle.
